Kit includes:

1 Electric Hand Held Pump (Also can be Battery Operated)
3 JARS (Various Volume Sizes)

THE LIST IS ENDLESS WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT
- Make Premix Cake Flour and expell all Air out of Jar to extend shelf life
- All Dry Goods Nuts, Herbs,Spices keep them fresh
- Vacuum Left over Avocados to extend shelf life (reduce the oxidation)
- Coffee Beans buy bulk and vacuum into Jars
- Marinade your Meat in a Jar Fast by Vacuum - wash and reuse jar (NO PLASTIC)
- Open a jar , use a portion and Vacuum reseal the rest to keep it fresh

DIRECTIONS:
1. Choose 1 of the 3 Canisters provided to suit your needs or suitable for Glass Jar that you wish to vacuume pack DRY GOODS
2, If using a Glass Jar - place your dry goods inside and loosly replace Lid onto Jar but not fully closed (as we need to ensure
internal air is extracted.
3. Place Jar into chosed Canister and clip lock the side
4. Your hand held Vacuume Gun can be used either with the Power Cord Supplied or with Batteries (DO NOT USE power cord with
Batteries still in the Handheld Vacuume Gun)
5.Place firmly over the RED Button on your Canister and press the power button to start vacuuminmg the canister
6. Watch the white button located off centre - this will colapse inwards when vacuume is created.
7. Listen for the tone of the Vacuume Machine from a low pitch to a higher and faster pitch
(Generally this will occur within 60 - 70 seconds approx) The white button should be fully collapsed by this stage)

8. Remove the hand held Vacuume and swith off power
9. To release the internal vacuume of the Canister - Press Red Button to an angle will release inside Canister Pressure
(Watch 3rd Video 2nd half to show visual release)
10. Unclip sides of Canister and remove your Jar
11. Jar Lid center should have a concave look if you have vacuumed sealed correctly
(If not then try again with the loose jar lid ensure its not fully closed before you start the vacuume process
its a matter of technique)

Tube supplied can also be used from a Vacuume Machine for example a SUNBEAM Machine
